    • Develops policies, procedures and guidelines and initiating improvements as required.
    • Provides interpretation, guidance and advice to high ranking management officials, program and functional specialists, contractors and foreign government officials.
    • Represents the Command and the Directorate within the Intelligence Community and DoD intelligence and counterintelligence elements.
    • Conducts studies on problem resolution and program effectiveness, identifies trends, and prepares reports of findings for submission and makes recommendations to upper management.
    • Advises and assists the Chief of Security and Counterintelligence, and Chief, Security Operations, with position and personnel management responsibilities for the Counterintelligence team.
