    - The salary reflects the Rest of U.S. scale and will be adjusted to meet the locality pay of the duty location upon selection.

    - Recruitment incentives may be considered for qualifying VEOA and some reinstatement eligible.

    Major duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Determining the gaps between the current operational systems and the target architecture and assisting in the upgrade and or transition to the target
    • Planning, delivery and ongoing operational support of Enterprise IT Services, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customer support
    • Identifying opportunities to improve enterprise-level systems to support business processes utilizing emerging technologies including cloud (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS)
    • Applying analytical processes to the planning, design, and implementation of new and improved information systems to meet the business requirements of customer organizations.
    • Planning, installation, configuration, testing, implementation, and management of systems in support of the organizations Enterprise Architecture and business needs.
    • Reviewing, developing, and/or modifying IT documentation (e.g., SOPs, Diagrams, etc..) on IT Infrastructure Services and maintaining the information in the IT repository/library
