    Responsibilities

    Some of your typical work assignments may include:

    • Perform as account or project manager on human resources projects supporting business lines and program areas.
    • Provide consultation on financials and Agreements on implementation of a human resources system.
    • Provide USA Performance® demonstrations to prospective customers/stakeholders or current customers.
    • Provide customized and/or off-the-shelf training/workshops to customers, employees, or management supporting human resources products or services.
    • Report on project status, changes, financials/billing to ensure meeting requirements and timelines.
    Your duties will be the same for the GS-09/11/12 grade levels with more supervisory review until the full performance level GS-13 is achieved.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Travel averages 25% yearly, but may exceed that percentage during periods of increased service delivery.
