The major duties listed below represent the full performance level of GS-09. At the GS-07 grade level, you will perform assignments of a more limited scope and with less independence. You will progressively acquire the background necessary to perform at the full performance level of GS-09. The individual in this position reports work in very close collaboration with the Telehealth Program Coordinator. In close coordination with the Telehealth Program Coordinator, the Assistant Telehealth Program Coordinator monitors and analyzes all orders for Telehealth products distributed by the Denver Acquisition and Logistics Center and has full customer service responsibility to the DALC customer for all Telehealth product lines. Major duties include the following: Apply analytical and evaluative methods/ techniques in the operation of the Remote Order/Entry System and Denver Logistic production system, participate in the development of telehealth automation processes to include equipment order and rejection processing. Develop, analyzes, and update policies and procedures for the Telehealth Program, apply analytical and evaluative strategies to implement customer service performance measurements, ensure quality and customer satisfaction by tracking, and analyzing customer complaints to determine the best course of action to correct deficiencies, conduct annual review of policy and procedures to provide detailed analysis to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and needed changes, and present detailed reports with recommendations and plans of actions to Telehealth Specialist.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Work is primarily sedentary although some walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and carrying of loads weighing 25 to 40+ pounds is required. The incumbent of the position typically works indoors in an environment involving everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices or meeting rooms. Observance of normal safety practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and fails, and observance of fire regulations is required. The area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
