As a General Attorney, you will provide advice and representation on Federal personnel, labor and equal employment law issues.

MAJOR DUTIES:
Handle an array of difficult and complex litigation before the Merit Systems Protection Board, Federal Labor Relations Authority, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, arbitrators; and provide litigation support to the Department of Justice concerning matters in Federal court; Research and draft motions, memoranda, briefs, discovery and related documents. Conduct witness preparation and the examination of witnesses. Interpret, analyze and apply law, rule, regulation and other directives to the issues presented. Develop and implement appropriate litigation strategy; Provide advice to agency officials on a wide variety of related legal matters relating to the personnel and labor area, and; Assist regional attorneys or offices as necessary in case analysis, preparation for litigation and litigation of cases.
