    Responsibilities

    This position in located in the Drug Enforcement Administration, Financial Management Division, Office of Resource Management in Arlington, VA.

    The incumbent will perform the following duties:

    • Performing a variety of analytical methodologies for determining effective and efficient processes to include: Cost analysis, management and workload studies; developing effective work processes
    • Analyzing and updating DEA's position management tools, such as the Table of Organization (TO)
    • Analyzing, evaluating and reviewing payroll issues, such as payroll projections, hiring plans, employee attrition, and developing policy and initiatives.
    • Other duties as assigned
