    This position is located in Defense Information Systems Agency, OC/Operations Directorate, Mission Support Division/GSDMO, OCMH4 at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

    • Serve as the senior technical analyst and resolve the complete range of problems within the scope of the activity operations and refers operational problems to highly specialized technical experts as needed.
    • Coordinate, execute, implement and maintain the installation and operation of customer application systems. Establish and maintain operation schedules.
    • Provide advice and assistance to customers and troubleshoots the most complex problems in a manner that minimizes interruptions in customers? ability to carry out critical business activities.
    • Develop and manage customer performance requirements and customer support policies and procedures.
    • Leads rapid response teams in response to customer service problems resulting from catastrophic events such as virus infections or wide spread power outages.
