This position is part of the Government Publishing Office in Washington DC. This position is responsible for planning and performing specific jobs in the Sheet Metal Trade, such as selecting proper tools to the type of work, fabricating metals according to instructions and specifications, layouts by hand parallel, radial, and triangular pattern developments, and use of a variety of welding processes.
The Selectee will work shift 1 Monday - Friday and have a tour of duty from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Background Investigation:
To ensure the accomplishment of its mission, the GPO requires every employee to be reliable and trustworthy.
