In addition, experience researching issues and experience developing training and/or briefings on program matters in these or related areas.
To qualify , your resume must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of applying regulations, procedures and policies in the areas of SES recruitment, classification, employee relations and disciplinary actions, and performance management; and comprehensive knowledge of participating in Performance Review Boards and/or Executive Review Boards.

Policy/ Program Knowledge : Ability to conduct analysis of moderately complex policy, reports and other sources of information to determine implications, impact on service delivery, make sound conclusions and comprehensive recommendations. Knowledge of human resources policies, regulations, guidelines, and programs and processes related to Executive resources to include the Senior Executive Service (career/non-career), Senior Level, Schedule C, and Presidential appointees.
HR Systems: Extensive knowledge of, and skill in applying established human resources data standards; data contained in human resources information systems; and established information technology principles sufficient to translate human resources business practices into information system requirements and apply information technology principles to human resources processes. This knowledge includes NFC, HRConnect, and other HRIS programs and applications.
Analytical/ Evaluative: Skill in the use of analytical and evaluative techniques sufficient to provide advisory services and recommendations on various human resources program areas.
