    • Applies analytical processes to the planning, design and implementation of IT service delivery to meet the business requirements of customer organizations as well as systems to support the warfighter.
    • Develops guidance for processes, procedures, and technical analysis for IT service delivery.
    • Conducts reviews of policy and procedures for accuracy, applicability, and validity. Evaluates existing capabilities and reviews and analyzes feasibility studies, performance measures, and cost benefit analysis.
    • Manages architecture and service desk support compliance requirements.
    • Gathers requirements for new or changed services. Translates mission partner requirements into service requirements, and provides alternatives to fulfill those requirements.
    • Gathers information; identifies and documents current processes and deficiencies; develops new processes; writes policy, guidance, and procedural documents; and organizes meetings.
