You will serve as a staff attorney in FTA’s Office of Chief Counsel, General Law Division. The Attorney-Advisor serves as primary legal adviser on federal employment law, administrative litigation, personnel matters before the MSPB, EEOC, judicial proceedings, and administrative and labor grievances. Additional assignments in any of the General Law functional areas, including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, ADR, reasonable accommodation, grant agreements, ethics, and procurement.
