    The Program Counsel Division (PCD) manages significant external communications between OGE and its many customers and stakeholders. The division combines key functions that cut across OGE mission areas in order to bring targeted resources to these functions.

    The following are the duties of this position at the GS-13. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.

    - Provide oversight, analytical interpretation, technical assistance, and training to assigned departments/agencies on all matters relating to development of agency ethics programs and to standards of conduct of conduct, financial disclosure, and education/training regulations.
    - Participate in projects which further the education/training mission of the division.
    - Assist in the administration of OGE's financial disclosure system.
    - Coordinate with Program Review Division personnel prior to and following agency ethics program reviews.
    - Assist in the collection and analysis of data for surveys.
