    Summary

    You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER (UTILITY MARKETS AND ANALYSIS) in the PUBLIC WORKS of NAVFAC OSF.

    Responsibilities

    • You will support the most cost efficient procurement methods for procuring utility commodities.
    • You will conduct historical analysis of consumption, rates, market conditions, and procurement strategies.
    • You will identify opportunities for cost savings, cost reductions, and revenue/credit programs.
    • You will identify opportunities for process improvements for work induction, production control, and actual execution of services related to utility and energy management.
    • You will manage a portfolio of current opportunities and projects future program workload volume for each commodity based on historical data, current work execution strategies, and anticipated funding levels.
    • You will provide guidance for making changes as a result of reorganizations, expansions/reductions, changes in mission, and changes in actual or projected funding.
    • You will monitor utility procurement integration progress over the entire utilities portfolio and report progress and problems to product line leadership.
