    You will serve as a Program Analyst is located in the Military Sealift Command (MSC), Director Ship Management, Service Support Ships (PM4), SUB/SPEC Warfare Support Ships (PM41) in Norfolk Va.

    • You will serve as a technical advisor, authority and consultant responsible for the continuing analyses of effectiveness, efficiency, and other key parameters of the program's progress and success.
    • You will plan schedule and conduct evaluations of the effectiveness of support and make recommendations that ensure Sponsor operational and mission specific requirements are provided with high quality.
    • You will analyze and evaluate the status of assigned charter ship operation on a quantitative and qualitative basis for effectiveness in meeting program requirements.
    • You will perform periodic assessment of program accomplishments against program plans.
    • You will prepare and present briefings on assigned charter ships, tugs, port operations and other assignments for large groups including senior MSC and customer staff.
    • You will coordinate with Contracting Office in developing an acquisition plans and schedules to meet Sponsor requirements in a timely manner.
    • You will develop contract statement of work that accurately reflect customer and command requirements.
