    • Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets priorities and establishes schedules for work completion.
    • Manages and supervises the activities and outputs of Emergency Operation Center.
    • Oversees the timely Reporting of serious incidents, command critical information requirements and the status of Emergency Operation Center actions and responses to taskers.
