    This position is located in the Office of the Center Director, Quality Management Oversight Operations Staff, which develops and sustains partnerships with others in CFSAN to establish achievable quality standards, to conduct meaningful and productive assessments and to facilitate and promote improvements.

    • Monitor program implementation and indicators designed to prevent erroneous or ineffective work practices and to verify adherence to quality manual requirements.
    • Implement programs to ensure quality provisions are planned, developed, and implemented to identify, prevent, and correct unsatisfactory conditions and elements to create the desired level of high-quality products.
    • Develop reporting procedures, sampling techniques, and measurements at various points in key processes to identify problem areas or inherent weakness in work processes and procedures.
