    This position is to be based at the NMVAHCS.Board eligible orcertified in Gastroenterology and experience in teaching, patient care, research and basic endoscopic procedures, arepreferred. Additionally expertise in hepatology or therapeutic endoscopy is highly desirable. The UNM GI Divisionhas active research programs in IBD, Epidemiology, GI pathogens, GI Motility,Hepatology and therapeutic endoscopy. Our expanding Division offers strong collaborative research opportunities inbasic science, clinical and translational research. Applicants must be academically qualified for a position at the University of New Mexico Health Science Center. Faculty track and rank will be determined based on qualificationsand experience.
