    Education and length of practice will be considered by a Compensation Panel in determining the final compensable salary (Base Pay + Market Pay).

    The Staff Dermatologist will provide outpatient care, both as a primary provider as well as in a consultative role. The incumbent has clinical responsibilities under the guidance and direction of the Chief, Dermatology Section. The incumbent will participate, oversee and collaborate to ensure that all applicable clinical functions which include outpatient and inpatient consultative medical care are performed.
    The incumbent will also participate in administrative and quality improvement activities. Assist administration and other staff in policy development and compliance with Joint Commission. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for education medical and resident students.

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
