As a Economist, you will be part of the Research and Analytical Services, Office of General Counsel, EEOC. You will serve as an authority in economics and provides expert opinions, guidance and advice to senior management, trial attorneys and other experts in analyzing employment discrimination cases. You will provide expert advice on difficult or developing economic issues to other offices within EEOC, to other Federal agencies and to individuals and organizations outside the Commission.

This position requires a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Economics. Candidates who have not yet obtained their PhD degree must indicate (in their CV or elsewhere in their application materials) that they will complete all requirements for their PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Economics by July 27, 2019.
Combination of education and experience: A combination of PhD level education, and specialized experience as described above, that together meet the qualification requirements for this position.
