    Responsibilities

    At the entry level of this position, you will:

    - Review and analyze data to support market-based policies aimed to reduce air pollution and emissions;

    - Communicate findings and results through reports, presentations, and other mediums;

    - Develop technical documents, articles, and reports to support emission measurement and emission control programs;

    - Assist in the development of contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and interagency agreements to ensure adherence to legal requirements and Agency policy.

    When entering a Federal job at a grade level lower than the highest promotion potential level, you may be promoted to more complex duties and work more independently, as your career progresses.

    You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
