    You will serve as an Equal Employment Manager in the Human Resources Office (HRO), Business Directorate of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.

    • You will plan, organize, direct, staff, carry out, review and evaluate a proactive and preventive oriented EEO program that includes efforts to resolve systemic problems within the Command.
    • You will fully coordinate the EEO complaints management program from the pre-complaint process through the formal complaint process to the end processing by EEOC or at Federal District Court.
    • You will plan and oversee administration of all aspects of the Alternative Dispute Resolution/ Reasonable Accommodation (ADR/RA) Program, including providing guidance and consultation on all ADR/RA matter.
    • You will plan, develop, implement and monitor the MD 715 report, conducting statistical analysis of personnel management practices, recruitment, referral selections, promotions/separations.
    • You will analyze, monitor, and administratively process EEO discrimination complaints to identify problem areas, and develop information for use in designing more effective program plans and actions.
    • You will evaluate management practices, identify actions that tend to cause allegations of discrimination and recommend corrective action for resolution or prevention of problems.
    • You may direct Special Emphasis programs including federal woman's program, Hispanic Employment Program, Asian/Pacific Islander, Native American, and Black Employment Program.
