The Information Resource Management and Technology Services Unit seeks a self-motivated program specialist with a strong work ethic to oversee CBOs contracts and manage vendors. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Information Officer as part of a 14-person IT (information technology) shop. The responsibilities include interacting with vendors; overseeing all IT contracts for purchasing equipment, materials, products, and services; maintaining financial-management systems; tracking and monitoring IT purchases and license renewals throughout their life cycle; tracking IT budget information; compiling data and briefing materials; and picking up and delivering IT equipment and supplies.

Candidates must have a bachelors degree in business administration, communication, or IT and at least two years of administrative experience managing contracts, preferably in an IT environment.
