This is a SUMMER 2019 internship position.
At time of application, applicant must submit proof of current enrollment in a degree-seeking program. If selected, applicant must provide proof of continuing education through either the Summer or Fall 2019 semesters.

These positions are located in the Office of Energy Policy and Innovation (OEPI) in either the Division of Policy Development or Division of Economic and Technical Analysis. The Office of Energy Policy and Innovation (OEPI) provides leadership in the formulation of policies to ensure the efficient development and use of transmission, generation and demand-side resources, remove barriers to the participation of emerging technologies and resources, and create a platform for innovation in wholesale energy markets.
Major duties include:
- Analyze and manage data in power modeling software or spreadsheet/database software.
- Provide assistance in performing studies related to electricity markets, and researching various energy economic and policy issues.
- Assisting in reviewing data, investigating and resolving basic technical issues.
Occasional travel - Some travel is required.
