As a PROCUREMENT ANALYST at the GS-1102-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Serve as a procurement technical expert for initiatives such as designing and implementing a quality assurance process for reviewing pre/post contracting files, preparing/creating/analyzing metrics for internal/external reporting and maintenance of pertinent records.
- Identify key problem areas and recommend solutions in the performance Quality Assurance Reviews for in-process, pre-award/post award contract review functions on Acquisitions performed.
- Present findings and develop remedial action plans to the Chief of contracting and DMA Acquisition and Procurement Director.
- Serve as the Government Purchase Card Agency Program Coordinator/Alternate Coordinator (A/OPC) and is an active team member of the Plans and Compliance Branch.
- Resolve program payment, policy and other issues for the GPCP. Develop and write internal control requirements, policies, reporting mechanisms and surveillance plans.

A. A bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees
B. At least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics,
industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. (This requirement can be obtained within the
bachelor's degree or in addition to the degree).
