    You will serve as a PROTOCOL & SPECIAL PROJECT OFFICER in the HEADQUARTERS, MARINE CORPS UNIVERSITY of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct public affairs and protocol activities to promote constructive national and international relationship.
    • Plan ceremonial, special events, or social functions for high-ranking domestic or foreign military or civilian visitors.
    • Brief a commanding officer and support staff on biographical information, interests, dietary restrictions, name pronunciation, salutations, forms of address, and social customs required for visiting dignitaries.
    • Write procedures and guidance on etiquette and protocol for dealing with high-level officials and dignitaries.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
