This position is a mission critical occupation for SAMHSA. This position is responsible for ensuring that operational and fiscal activities align with and enable accomplishment of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's mission, goals and objectives.
As Special Assistant, you will serve as a senior advisor to the Director, CSAT. You will be responsible for performing a composite of complex administrative and technical duties auxiliary to the work of the Director, as well as, to the entire organization. In addition, you will participate in decisions affecting the total management operation to include advising and coordinating the budget, fiscal, personnel, and other management functions.
