    This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Personnel Psychologist in the Strategic Workforce Planning and Analysis Division.

    • Assisting in the development of personnel management programs in areas such as workforce planning and competency modeling
    • Conducting or directing others (contractors) in the conduct of studies in a broad range of personnel psychology areas and related disciplines to support strategic human capital and workforce planning policy and programs
    • Providing consultative services to management officials on matters relating to workforce planning and competency modeling
    • Applying expert knowledge of industrial/organizational field to identify areas for improving workforce planning and competency modeling

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel occasionally for this position.
