As a Visual Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct customer support; analyzing customer requirements for visual information products; preparation of design concepts; solicitation of customer feedback on proposed design concepts; and preparation of final art using tools available to maximize employee efficiency and product effectiveness.
