You will function as the primary interface between assigned air operators, air agencies, airmen, designees and the FAA. You will have program responsibility to assure that assigned organizations meet FAA regulations with respect to helicopter operations programs. You will determine the need for, and establish work programs for inspection and surveillance.
You must meet the minimum qualification requirements for an Aviation Safety Inspector in the 1825 series as outlined below:

The recency of specialized experience requirements is waived for current and former FAA employees in the 1825 series.
