    You will serve as a Physical Scientist in the Commander of NAV METEOROLOGY AND OCEANOGRAPHIC CMD.

    • You will interpret, implement and develop policies and procedures for the command and subordinate commands.
    • You will serve as staff technical authority and command point of contact for techniques and issues pertaining to the creation and effectiveness of international agreements.
    • You will provide oversight and guidance for management, planning, coordination, drafting, negotiation, conclusion and execution of international agreements and related programs.
    • You will be responsible for decision-making and technical oversight for the execution of Designated Disclosure Authority (DDA) to release controlled data and product.
    • You will act as Foreign Visits Coordinator for the NAVMETOCCOM enterprise, approve and managing foreign visits.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
