    You will serve as a Procurement Analyst (eBusiness) in the Industry Management Department of PSNS and IMF.

    • You will serve as one of two Analysts responsible for supporting Federal, DoD, Navy and local procurement related systems applicable to cradle-to-grave Navy procurement processes used at the PSNS and IMF contracting office.
    • You will be responsible for data collection, reporting, and metrics; managing the contracting office's SharePoint site; and connectivity to other functional management systems.
    • You will merge data and information from multiple sources into a single report, when required, and prepare the results in the appropriate format, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe PDF, etc. for management review.
    • You will perform site-level system administrator and user account management functions for eBusiness systems.
    • You will serve as a first-line point of contact for eBusiness system errors and technical problems of varying complexity and urgency and facilitate resolution.
    • You will provide on-demand functional help and training to users on how to use eBusiness systems to accomplish their contracting mission and how eBusiness functionality relates to contracting processes and regulations.
    • You will advise managers and contracting policy analysts on matters related to eBusiness systems as they relate to contracting policy and the execution of the contracting mission.
