    • Provides expert guidance on strategic recruitment and retention programs for Senior Executive Service (SES) and Title 42 senior and executive level positions.
    • Consults with and advises senior organization managers on internal and external recruitment, assessment, selection processes, regulations, and requirements.
    • Evaluates staffing trends to assist in developing plans for responding to changing workload.
