    About the Position: Serves as an ARMY CYBER COMMAND (ARCYBER) cyberspace expert and authority for cyberspace policies and doctrine, with responsibility for assessment, developing, and oversight for all assigned cyberspace policies and strategies

    • Responsible for cyberspace operations policy and doctrine formulation and coordination for ARCYBER COMMAND strategic policies and doctrine
    • Emphasis is on Cyberspace operations policy issues at the strategic and operational levels and involves significant resource and programmatic implications
    • Develops and contributes to cyberspace operations policy and doctrine and ensures integration into future Army, Joint, and DoD policy and doctrine initiatives
    • Develops, analyzes, and provides general staff direction in the writing, coordination, and execution of policies related to cyberspace operations
    • Initiates appropriate policy guidance, and exercises staff representation to Army, Joint and DoD in the development, analysis, review, and approval for publication of Army positions, studies, models and implementing directives
    • Provides technical expertise on Cyberspace operations issues and policies to the HQDA, USCYBERCOM, the Joint Staff and the Office of the Secretary of Defense on behalf of ARCYBER CMD
    • Synchronizes Cyberspace operations programs into the Army modernization efforts

    Travel Required

    25% or less - You may be expected to travel 25% of the time for this position.
