    Responsibilities

    • Serve as Hydraulic and Hydrologic Regional Technical Specialist, on applying statistical hydrology risk and uncertainty analyses for navigation, flood damage reduction, environmental, water supply sediment, and other Civil Works projects.
    • Provides authoritative advice on reservoir operations as a system or standalone project.
    • Performs special studies of alternative hydrologic engineering and hydraulic engineering such as operational studies, storage reallocations and forecasting techniques all which enhanced real-time water management.
    • Provides authoritative approval on hydrologic engineering, hydraulic engineering for reservoir storage, operational river system studies
    • Attends Quality Assurance conferences. Participates at public hearings, regional and national level meetings, committees, and professional conferences involving specialty areas of expertise.
