    Serve as a Supervisory Intelligence Specialist at the GG-14 grade level within NIA-X, responsible for overseeing operations, planning, organizing, managing and leading coordination for collection operations across the service for civilian and military personneland ensuring personnel apply tactics and techniques in all environments in response to Navy Intelligence requirements.

    • You will develop scope, objective, priority, and deadline of all work to be executed. Establishes oversight mechanisms for Service collection and conducts inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with DoD and Navy policy and objectives.
    • You will outline measures of success in collection programs and oversees periodic updates to seniors.
    • You will Identify area requiring additional policy guidance and develops, coordinates and recommends solutions to NIA-X and to subordinate collection elements across the service.
    • You will provide authoritative advice and guidance on relevant policy and operational directives.
    • You will present, coordinate and defend Navy's position and wins support for the programs within the Intelligence Community and federal law enforcement channels.
