    • Work independently to track and analyze information from a wide range of sources; including CCDF plans and data submitted by grantees; state monitoring and accountability reports; technical assistance contractor reports; and other relevant materials.
    • Identify program trends, achievements, and best practices as well as gaps and concerns.
    • Works to identify, research, and analyze statutory and regulatory issues related to child care programs.
    • Assess and analyzes the needs of States, Territories and Tribes including needs for technical assistance or policy clarification.
