    • As Ethics Counselor for AFC, acts as a senior attorney in charge of the standards of conduct and conflicts of interest program for the Command.
    • Advises AFC Commanding General, commissioned officers, supervisory, and Senior Executive Service personnel on the requirements on the Standards of Conduct and prohibited conflicts of interest.
    • Provides legal counsel on a variety of complex legal issues affecting AFC?s mission as it relates to General Administrative Law.
    • Provides technical legal advice and guidance on extremely complex legal problems, which are often unprecedented due to the innovative, modernization program goals of AFC.
