    About the Position: Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) is looking for people who are passionate about what they do, and who thrive in a culture of innovation.

    Currently, ARCYBER & 2A headquarters (HQs) is located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia and Fort Meade, Maryland. The HQs is scheduled to relocate to Fort Gordon (Augusta), Georgia in FY 2020, but no later than 2022.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the management and direction of the Command's Civilian Human Resources (CHR) and Military Human Resource Programs.
    • Responsible for the management and direction of the Command's Civilian Human Resources (CHR) and Military Human Resource Programs.
    • Oversees the development, coordination, and execution of the overall command personnel/human resources programs.
    • Provides oversight of plans, policies, and procedures for interfacing with the civilian personnel program with the command labor relations program with unions, locals, and bargaining units.
    • Serves as a key member of the Labor Management Partnership Council, assisting in resolving significant labor-management initiatives and issues.
    • Develop and direct recurring and special reports for use by the Commander and subordinate managers, in determining status and progress of personnel management program and initiatives.
    • Supervises and directs program operations through a staff of CHR senior specialists/action officers at the GS-7 through 13 levels, engaged in the full range of command-level CHR program operations.
    • Analyze and evaluate the effect laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and practices promulgated by Congress, OPM, and DA on personnel management consideration.
    • Provide staff leadership and guidance to the Command's CHR functional staff elements and ARCYBER subordinate command human resource offices, assuring the development and implementation of progressive and innovative HR programs to meet command needs.
