    About the Position: This position is located with the U.S. Army Research and Development Center (ERDC), Information Technology Laboratory, DoD High Performance Computing Modernization Program.

    • Serve as a Project Management Specialist monitoring principal investigator programmatic workloads and optimizing human capital resources and improving efficiencies of the Laboratory functions and processes.
    • Prepare and review contractual purchase requests, procurement acquisition requests, requests for service contracts, government orders, labor authorizations, in-house purchase requests, and various support agreements.
    • Plan and execute status reports, preparing reports (e.g. CEFMS, P2, and Microsoft Office Suite) and keeping the Program Managers, (PMs). Project Managers, Principal Investigators (PIs), supervisors and sponsors informed of significant issues.
    • Proficient in using financial management and accounting practices and tools.
    • Provide administrative and technical guidance concerning the processes used to develop, execute, and track Inter-Agency Agreements.
    • Prepare spread sheets and charts for ongoing projects and programs.

    Travel Required

    25% or less - You may be expected to travel for this position.
