    As a Supervisory Administrative Officer, GS-0341-14, your duties may include but are not limited to the following:

    • Directs management and planning activities in four areas of expertise; clinical care, patient support, information and imaging systems, and the Office of the Chief Executive Officer;
    • Coordinates plans for the renovation and alterations of space and facilities;
    • Provides technical supervision and training to administrative officers and administrative technicians in the areas of administrative management, budget, personnel management including personnel regulations, procedures and policies, and appropriate appointment mechanisms, and the management of the acquisition process;
    • Develops, analyzes, evaluates, advises on, and improves the effectiveness of utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, risk management, quality control, information and documentation systems and similar functions of management;
    • Other duties as assigned.
