    The primary purpose of this position is to to serve as senior the Management Analyst to develop Air Force and DOD-wide policies for use and allocation of Air Force colonel positions and the allocation officer and enlisted grade, to develop manpower requirements processes, programs, and measures of performance.

    • As the Senior Management Engineering Program Manager, serves as subject matter expert and technical authority to management, colleagues, and other experts on Management Engineering (ME) practices and standardization.
    • Serves as senior subject matter expert to the Director of Manpower and Chief of Staff of the Air Force on all matters pertaining to Air Force Colonel and CMSgts positions located throughout the Department of Defense and other government agencies.
    • Analyzes Air Force military grades structures (below Col/CMSgt) located throughout the Department of Defense and other government agencies (Joint Staff, COCOMS, etc.).
    • Analyzes and oversees 500+K manpower authorization requirements developed through the use of ME methods and techniques by AFMAA.
    • Manages the manpower requirements determination program.
