    Responsibilities

    The Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center is seeking a full-time Pathologist to serve as Chief of the Pathology and Laboratory Service. The Pathology and Laboratory Medicine department provides a wide range of services in all areas of the laboratory; including, but not limited to Surgical Pathology, Cytology, Autopsy services, Chemistry, Hematology/Coagulation, Urinalysis, Immunology, Serology, Microbiology, Point of Care and Blood Bank activities. The candidate should possess strong skills in anatomic pathology as well as demonstrated administrative ability.

    Preferred Experience: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

    Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
