    You will serve as a REGISTRATION PROGRAM OFFICER in the Office of the University Registrar, Office of the Vice President, Finance & Administration of UNIF SRVS UNI OF THE HLTH SCI.

    Responsibilities

    • You will assist the University Registrar in managing, directing, and coordinating the daily operations and activities of the REG in support of assigned USU Schools and Colleges.
    • You will provide expert guidance, assistance, and advice to the University Registrar, Deans, Vice Presidents, and other top executives of the University and representatives of external agencies on REG operational and program functions.
    • You will, as directed, in the absence of the University Registrar, represent and act for the University Registrar on all management, executive, and administrative matters.
    • You will initiate and ensure the proper maintenance of student records, registration records, and transcripts according to University policy which requires working in close concert with the University Registrar.
    • You will plan, implement, administer, monitor, and evaluate registrar functions and services including operating policies, procedures, processes, and systems.
    • You will develop, and recommend policy and system modifications in accordance with organizational requirements and objectives as well as external regulations.
    • You will provide leadership to plan, organize, and manage all activities of the office related to student records and registration.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Travel is dependent upon position description and availability of funding.
