    Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance and assistance to internal and external customers in the areas of staffing and recruitment; to include, the development of job analysis, providing applicant updates and responding to inquiries.
    • Research federal human resource regulations, procedures, policies/practices, to ensure compliance of and completion of various hiring transactions.
    • Correspond with customers throughout the recruitment process via email, telephone or in person.
    • Utilize automated systems such as Hiring Management, electronic SF-52 systems, and database programs.
