    • Advise contractors to correct safety, workmanship or material quality deficiencies or recommending withholding of payment
    • Review and evaluate field staff construction progress, quality assurance findings, recommended field and office engineering changes for consistency with contractual provisions, specifications and cost estimate
    • Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring compliance with Defense Acquisition Regulations and the general and special provisions of negotiated contracts
    • Serve as Project Engineer using delegated authority and responsibility to manage and administer contractual, engineering, and environmental requirements and specifications of construction projects

    Travel Required

    25% or less - You may be expected to travel for this position.
