    Joining the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) means being part of the national effort to protect and enhance the resilience of the Nation's physical and cyber infrastructure and address threats to public health and safety, economy, and national security. Within CISA, the Infrastructure Security Division collaborates with partners in the government and private sector to conduct joint planning, training, exercises and assessments as part of its mission to implement comprehensive voluntary security and resilience programs to protect critical infrastructure and reduce risk. In addition, the division implements the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), which establishes risk-based performance standards for the security of the nation's high-risk chemical facilities.

    You will serve as an Interagency Security Committee Regional Advisor, and in this capacity, you will:

    -Coordinate with and provide technical assistance to local or regional offices to establish and improve ISC awareness, and assist agencies in gaining and maintaining compliance with ISC standards, policies and recommendations, as well as support ISC headquarters operations.

    -Function as a strategic, operational and tactical advisor on Interagency Security Committee issues.

    -Assist with the development of regional strategies based on emerging needs, gaps, and regional capabilities.

    -Work with local entities to recommend and assist with the development and improvement of the implementation of ISC policies, procedures, and best practices related to critical infrastructure protection programs and ISC standards.

    -Participate in working groups to resolve interagency problems related to policy, procedures and directives; and shape future policy related to emerging threats, gaps, and program requirements.
