    Summary

    You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MANPOWER) in the MANPOWER AND PERSONNEL READINESS DIRECTORATE of NAVY CYBER FORCES.

    Responsibilities

    • You will review, approve, or disapprove funds for military requirements across the spectrum of the parent command and its subordinate commands/activities.
    • You will analyze diverse data and circumstances, as well as communicate and persuade recommendations concisely, both in writing and verbally.
    • You will use independent judgment when dealing with new or unclear situations, but bring concerns to the supervisor's attention for support or clarification.
    • You will provide technical assistance in preparing submission to top management on a variety of manpower matters that affect programs.
    • You will gather recommendations, resolutions, identification of policy issues and interpretation of regulations to resolve difficult and unique manpower issues: or change or quash some facet of existing policy.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel occasionally for this position.
