    As a senior Budget Analyst, you will:

    -Plan, organize, and carry out a major, substantive budget for a significant program component.
    -Perform a wide variety of administrative and analytical duties connected with the review, justification and presentation of the budgets for a bureau or major component(s) of the Department of Homeland Security.
    -Provide authoritative interpretations of congressional legislation and OMB policies and precedents.
    -Analyze and evaluate continual changes in program plans and funding and their effect on financial and budget program milestones.
    -Provide analytical services to support the formulation, justification, presentation, enactment, and execution stages of the budget process for a DHS component.
