As Deputy Associate Director of Operations, you will:
1. Provide daily operational management of five program components, including Court Services, Supervision 1 and 2, Treatment, and Drug Testing Compliance and Quality Management.
2. Provide leadership to senior program managers and manage a subordinate staff of professionals engaged in work related to risk assessment, supervision and behavioral health services.
3. Develop and implement innovative approaches for pretrial assessment and supervision. Such approaches may include, treatment and other prosocial interventions necessary to support compliance with release conditions.
4. Manage contract funded resources to support pretrial supervision, including electronic monitoring, behavioral health services and drug testing supplies and services.
5. Ensure the appropriate use of technology within Operations programs; identify opportunities for new or revised applications or systems; work with the Office of Information Technology to develop technology solutions for operational programs; and work with criminal justice partners to ensure appropriate coordination with external systems.
6. Participate with the Associate Director in developing goals, objectives, strategies and operating plans, ensuring that they are consistent with PSA and stakeholder goals.
7. Represent the Associate Director with other parts of the Agency; represent PSA with attorneys, judges, law enforcement, community officials and service providers and other stakeholders.
8. Manage and direct the planning of process analyses and evaluations to determine effectiveness, strategic alignment and quality of program services.
