    The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia, is seeking aboard certified, board eligible Ophthalmology/Glaucoma Specialty.

    Incumbents perform the primary clinical duties of a Physician (Ophthalmologist) in a medical center. Core privileges will include: admission, work-up, diagnosis and treatment of patients of all ages presenting with illnesses, injuries, and disorders of the eye, including its related structures and visual pathways. These privileges include the provision of consultation as well as the ordering or diagnostic studies and procedures related to the ophthalmologic problem.
    Incumbent is responsible for providing the most effective delivery of patient care services throughout the Medical Center. VAMC Richmond, promotes a collaborative atmosphere where physicians work with a dedicated team of health care professionals.
    Applicant may be eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP).

    Work Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM
